Ingredients: Tomatoes - 2 pcs., Eggs - 2 pcs., Butter or vegetable, herbs (parsley or dill), salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation:
1. Tomatoes wash, dry and cut the top. Carefully remove the pulp.
Each tomato with salt and pepper and coat with oil. To drive back the egg, being careful not to damage the yolk. A little more salt and pepper.
2. Put the tomatoes into a greased form or pan and bake in oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
3. When serving sprinkle with chopped herbs.
