Jam archery
Ingredients:
7-6 PCs onion
2.5 glass brown sugar
1/4 glass white wine vinegar (or half-and-half 5% vinegar and white wine)
vegetable oil - for frying onions
Well, as a sauce for chicken, turkeys, stuffed vegetables. Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry in skillet. Add the sugar, and as soon as it melts and comes to a boil, reduce the heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is "caramel" (about 20-30 minutes). Add vinegar (or a mixture of vinegar with wine) and cook for another 15 minutes. Ready jam to cool and put in a jar.
