Chicken in white wine sauce
1 PCs chicken
200 g white wine
200 g tomatoes
5 PCs plum tkemali ripe
2 onion - head
30 g butter
mint or tarragon
salt
ground pepper
Prepared the carcass of a chicken cut into 4 slices, salt and pepper and fry on both sides in butter until Golden brown. Add the finely chopped onion and fry with the lid for 4-5 minutes. Pour in the wine and simmer for 7-10 minutes, until there is half the volume of wine.
