Chicken in white wine with lemon and mushroom sauce

500 g spaghetti
parmesan cheese
6 chicken breasts
Flour

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
340 g white mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 cup dry white wine
Chicken broth (optional)
1 lemon
2 glass 1 / heavy cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley capers

Cook the spaghetti.
Roll the chicken breasts so that they are uniform in thickness.
Salt and pepper the chicken on both sides. Then roll in flour.
Heat the butter and olive oil in a frying pan.
Fry the chicken on both sides until golden.
Remove the chicken from the pan, and put the mushrooms and immediately pour the white wine.
Slightly fry the mushrooms and add them to the juice of one lemon.

Fry vigorously stirring until until the liquid has evaporated.
Add the cream, capers and parsley.
Turn off the stove.
Stir and add salt and pepper to taste.
Put on a plate of spaghetti, chicken and pour the sauce.
Generously sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
