Chicken with lemon

4 chicken breasts

3 lemon

4 teaspoons soy sauce

100 ml white wine

? h. l. 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (or. Ginger powder)

Black pepper

4 cloves of garlic

4 Art. l. sugar

1 teaspoon of starch

Vegetable oil (preferably olive oil)

This recipe is very simple, but the taste and appearance at festive meals. Wash the lemons. Remove the zest from them (without the white part). Cut it into strips, it will serve as a decoration of dishes. Squeeze the juice from the lemons. Mix lemon juice, wine, soy sauce, grated ginger, black pepper, and a little salt, mix well and set aside. Pour a little oil in a frying pan and fry sticks lemon, remove it from the heat, put a cloth and set aside. In the same pan fry the chicken breast, seasoned with salt and pepper when they are fried, pour the lemon marinade, lower the heat and sprinkle with sugar and starch.
