Chicken with tarragon
1 pcs. chicken
3 onions - head
3 pcs. tomatoes
2 parsley - beam
200 g dry white wine
dill
cilantro
basil
tarragon
salt
ground pepper
Prepared chicken, rinse and cut into 8 pieces. Onions cut into rings. Tomatoes scald with boiling water, peel and cut into slices. Tarragon, cilantro, dill, parsley, chop and mix.
In a deep frying pan stacked layers of the chicken, onion, tomatoes, herbs, salt, pepper and just lay the remaining products. Pour the wine, tightly cover and simmer until tender. When serving sprinkle with chopped basil.
