Baglama chicken
1 kg chicken fat () - 1 piece
600 g tomatoes
300 g beans
3 onion - head
50 g butter
parsley
Basil
cilantro
ground pepper
salt
The chicken will retrobyte into pieces and boil until soft.
Beans chop and boil in salted water. Finely chopped onion spasseruyte in butter for 2-3 minutes. Tomatoes scald, peel, cut into slices and fry with the onions.
