Pancakes "Sweet"

50 g butter

5 eggs

2 glass flour

1 glass milk

? glass sugar

? glass cream

1 h. l. soda

Cut butter into cubes, along with egg yolks to pound, pour half the milk.

Sift the flour, stir the mixture, then add the vinegar, slaked soda thoroughly whipped mass, slowly pouring the rest of the milk.

Cream and whip the whites separately until foamy consistency.

Gently stir in whipped protein and separately whipped creamy mass of the dough.

Cook pancakes "sweet" in the usual way, carnival is very pleasant to all guests home and if they treat so delicious pancakes.
