Sweet and sour pancakes

150 g whipped cream

100 g sour cream

50 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show

30 g yeast

6 proteins

5 glass flour

1,5 glass milk

? tsp. sugar

? tsp. salt

Combine flour with warm milk, yeast and sour cream, stir, leave to brew came.

Add the butter (melted), salt and sugar, stir again to leave.

Add whipped cream, whites, whipped to a froth, stir it gently.

Bake the sweet and sour pancakes once the dough rises for the third time.
