Homemade Shawarma recipe with photo
I love Shawarma, but disdain to buy it from street vendors. So all I have left to do is to learn how to cook the most. Through much trial and error, I determined the best Shawarma recipe that suits me and my family.
We like the Shawarma cooked chicken, and chicken legs. Tried to cook it with pork, beef, but the meat was harsh. And chicken is the most it.
Also, we necessarily pita fry, and fry in a frying pan, which roasted chicken, that is chicken fat. Thus, pita bread soaked fat, becoming juicier, more filling and a little crispy.
Ingredients:
- 2 PCs pita
- 1 PCs chicken big thigh
- 1 PCs tomato
- 1 PCs cucumber
- 100 g Korean carrot

- vegetable oil for frying
Method of preparation:
