Classic cheeseburger
250 g ground beef
100 g sour cream
2 round buns with sesame seeds
1 tomato
1 head of red onion
1 lettuce
1 Art. l. chili sauce
1 Art. l. mustard
vegetable fat
pepper
salt
Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream with chili sauce and mustard.
Pepper and salt beef, split in half, molded flattened round patties 1 cm thick and fry until cooked in a pan with butter.
Cut the buns in half lengthwise, lay on the bottom of the ingredients in the following order: cheese, chicken, cheese, tomatoes mugs, onion rings, sauce, lettuce, cover the top of the bun.
Serve warm classic cheeseburger for lunch.
