Milky mashed squash
500 g zucchini
1 glass milk

1 yolk
1 Art. l. butter
1 Art. l. sugar
1 h. l. flour
salt
Clear zucchini, cut and fill with milk, boil until tender, then wipe.
Add to squash butter, flour, salt, and whisk thoroughly, bring to a boil.
Before serving dairy squash puree seasoned mashed with sugar, egg yolk.
