Milky-carrot-semolina soup

Clear carrots, cut into small pieces, put in a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon butter, a little water, sugar, salt, put the carrots until tender, then wipe with the liquid through a fine sieve.
In another saucepan, bring the milk to a boil, while stirring slowly add the semolina and cook for 5-8 minutes, then add the grated carrots in the soup, stir and boil the soup 5-8 min.
Before serving in dairy carrot and semolina soup is added 1 tbsp butter.
