Carrot Pancakes
200 g carrots
100 g semolina
100 g butter

5 eggs
2 glass milk
? glass sour cream
? glass vegetable oil
2 Art. l. sugar
Clear, then cut the carrots into small pieces, simmered it, adding a little milk until tender, then wipe.
Connect carrot puree with butter and remaining milk, add the semolina and sugar, mix everything thoroughly, bring to a boil, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the egg yolks in the batter and beat whites, then gently put into the dough.
Baked carrot pancakes with vegetable oil in a cast iron skillet, served with sour cream.
