Cut the cheese into slices.
Cottage cheese, eggs, flour and salt and knead the dough.
Pour on the working surface with flour on it to mould the dough cheesecakes, there must be an even number.
One cheeseburger to put plastic cheese, cover second, to press the edges, so to do with all the cheesecakes.
Fry the pancakes stuffed with cheese, butter, then put on paper towel to absorb excess oil, serve with sour cream.
