Dessert "Apple Cheese"
2 Part of apples
1 part of honey
ginger
cinnamon
black pepper
For apples cored, bake them in the oven until cooked, remove the peel, throw, made from pulp puree.
Add applesauce, honey, cook until thick mass, add to taste ginger, cinnamon and black pepper and cook for another 5 minutes, allow to cool, then put the mass in a linen bag, close as it should, having put on the open side of the first one bag, put 2 nights in a press.
After 2 days, dessert apple cheese is ready.
