Pizza "From Naska"
dough:
3 eggs
1-1.5 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
300 g sour cream
Salt to taste
Filling:
3 Art. l. mayonnaise
1 egg
ketchup
as a filling, you can use all that is in the refrigerator:
sausage, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, pasta, meat, potatoes
Beat the eggs, gradually adding flour and sour cream. The finished dough should turn out like thick cream. Prepare a pan greased with oil. Pour the dough on a baking sheet, flatten it. Pour a little ketchup. Put the stuffing. On top of the stuffing evenly sprinkle cheese. Pour the filling: Whip the egg (not to foam) with mayonnaise. Put the pizza in the oven for 30-40 minutes (until golden brown).
