Green tomato jam "Polish"
1 kg green tomatoes
1 kg sugar
1 glass water
2 Art. l. vodka or alcohol
lemon juice
Dried lemon peel
Interesting recipe canning, but rather making jam of green tomatoes.
Tomatoes Wash and cut into slices, put in an enamel pan, sprinkle with alcohol or vodka, cover and leave for 9-10 hours.
Preparation of sugar syrup: sugar syrup boil, add the juice and lemon peel.
Put in syrup tomatoes, jam or method of multiple cooking in 1 reception.
