Vegetable soup with cucumber
Ingredients:
4 glass meat broth
50 g parsley root
50 g celery root
1 pcs. carrot
1 onions - head
50 g cucumbers
1 Art. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
2 Art. l. butter
Salt - to taste
Broth, bring to a boil, add the shredded roots and onion, cook for 20 minutes.
Cucumbers chop sticks, turned up 15 minutes, then fold in a colander. Put the cucumber in the soup and cook it for 5 minutes.
Flour saut in butter, dissolve a small amount of broth. The resulting mixture enter into the soup, bring it to a boil.
When submitting complete your soup greens.
