Soup with pearl barley
300 g beef
4 Art. l. oils
3 bulbs
2 Art. l. pearl barley
1 carrot
1 small celery root
1 root parsley
salt, ground black and red pepper

The washed pearl barley soaked in water for a few hours, and then in the same water to boil. The meat cut into small pieces and fry in oil, add the barley and cook. During cooking, add grated celery, parsley, carrots, sauted onions, salt and pepper. In the finished soup put oil (a teaspoon per serving), sprinkle it with red pepper, finely chopped parsley.
