25 g pearl barley
2 potato tuber
1 pickles
? onions
? carrots
1 Art. l. vegetable oil

Pour grits with hot water, bring to a boil, drain, then pour hot water, boil until cooked pearl barley.
Chop fine julienne onions and carrots and fry in butter.
Cut off the peel and remove seeds of cucumber, simmered it in part broth.
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Broth bring to a boil, add the finished grits, bring to a boil, add the potatoes and cook for 5 min at low boil, add the sauteed onions and carrots, sliced stewed cucumber soup simmer until cooked.
