Eggplant steam Zheng Tsetszy
500 g eggplant;
1 Art. l. sesame paste;
2 h. l. sesame oil;
1 garlic - clove
green onions, cilantro, salt to taste
Eggplant peel, wash, put in a steamer and boil for a couple until ready (15-20 minutes), finely chop and cool. Add sesame paste, sesame oil, finely chopped garlic, cilantro and green onions, salt and mix well. Serve sprinkled with chopped top, cilantro and onions.
