Stewed with apples cabbage
3 Apple
600 g sauerkraut
2 onions
2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil
0,5 glass Apple juice
2 clove Bud
1 pinch of marjoram
Apples cleanse the skin. Cut into small cubes with onions, compress the oil.
Add spices and cabbage, stew, gravy a little hot water, under cover until soft.
Pour Apple juice, simmer until cooked.
Before serving, you can garnish with prunes.
