4 kg tomatoes

3 beam leaf celery

2 the big carrot

1 head onions

1 head garlic

1 pod pepper spicy

6 tbsp. salt

This is a very original snack-procurement, for stuffing take immature brown or green tomatoes.

Peel, carrots and onions, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, fine polyolefine chop the onion.

Wash peppers, cut into thin rings, clean the garlic, chop, wash, dry, chop the celery and parsley.

All the vegetables, mix well, salt.
