Cauliflower, canned nuts
600-700 g cauliflower:
150-200 g onions
100 g crushed walnut kernels
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 Art. l. Of 6% vinegar
red pepper
30 g salt
Cauliflower into florets to disassemble, dipped in boiling water for 5 minutes, discard in a colander, rinse with cold water.
Onions and garlic are finely chopped, combine cabbage, pepper to taste, add salt, add the vinegar and mix. The resulting mixture is decomposed into sterilized or zymytym with soda banks. Sterilize: half-liter jars -in for 15 minutes, three-liter -to half an hour. Banks cork.
