Potato salad with pickled mushrooms
For the preparation you will need:
300 g oil, white mushrooms or honey agarics
3 potatoes
2 pickles
1 onion
50 g green onions
Refills:
125 g vegetable oil
50 g Of 8% vinegar
salt
sugar
pepper
mustard
Take the potatoes, wash, cook and clean. Cut into small cubes. Marinated mushrooms and pickles and cut into small slices, onion - half rings. All mix and pour the salad dressing. Before serving, put in a salad bowl and send finely chopped green onions and parsley.
