Salad of scallops with mushrooms and potatoes
For this recipe you will need:
10 pcs. marinated mushrooms
5 pcs. potato
1 pcs. onion
1 pcs. squash
3 Art. l. sour cream
2 h. l. ketchup
1/2 green onions - beam
Salt - to taste
Potatoes wash brush, boil in "uniform" until soft, cool and cut into small cubes. Squash peeled, cut into short strips, simmered in a little salted water until soft (take care not to seethe), then discard in a colander and cool. Onions clean, wash and finely chop. Marinated mushrooms in boiling water to rinse and cut along the grain into thin strips. Chives rinse well, shake off the water and finely chop.
Mix marinated mushrooms, boiled potatoes, squash and onions. Prepare salad dressing from sour cream, ketchup and salt and pour over the salad it. Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Ready to put the salad in an earthen mound salad bowl and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
