The vegetable salad with mushrooms and potatoes
300 g marinated mushrooms
50 g green peas

2 potatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 onions

Peel the potatoes, boil until tender, allow to cool, cut into small cubes.
On a small grater, grate the garlic, chop the dill and parsley, chop the onion half rings, to combine all the prepared ingredients.
Mushrooms wash, put in a salad.
Season salad vegetable with mushrooms and potatoes vegetable or olive oil, pepper and salt, stir and serve.
