Salad Vinaigrette
1 * Beet
2 * Potatoes
1 * Carrot
1 * Pickle
100 g * Beans
100 g * Sauerkraut
1 * Onion
Salt, pepper, vegetable oil
Beets, carrots and potatoes wash and boil in their jackets. Beans soak overnight in cold water and boil until tender. All boiled vegetables, onion and cucumber cut into cubes, add the strained beans and sauerkraut. Pepper salad? salt and fill with vegetable oil.
Notes:
Instead of fresh boiled beans can use Bank of canned beans.
