Salad sauerkraut
250 g sauerkraut
1 carrot
vegetable fat
1 tablespoon cumin
black pepper
100 g shelled walnuts
Sauerkraut whisk with a fork. Grate carrots cleaned and mixed with a few tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mixed with cabbage. Add the cumin and pepper if desired coarse grinding. Decorate the salad shelled walnuts.
