Summer salad "sybaritic"
2 glass strawberry
2 glass pineapple pieces
1,5 glass green and red grapes, seedless
1,5 glass cut slices of peaches or nectarines
1 glass fresh blueberries or raspberries
1/4 glass sugar
lettuce lettuce
For dressing:
1/3 glass sugar
4 tsp. corn starch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 glass pineapple juice
1/4 glass orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 shaken up egg
170 g cream cheese
To prepare the dressing in a small saucepan will combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add the juices, stir until smooth mass. Put on fire, bring to a boil, and cook stirring constantly for 2 minutes, until thick. Remove from the heat. A small amount of this sauce cool, dilute it slightly beaten eggs, pour everything back into the pan and cook while stirring for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, set aside to cool. Meanwhile, in small bowl, beat cream cheese, add the sauce, mix thoroughly. Cover the sauce with a lid and refrigerate for several hours.
In a large deep bowl, combine all the fruits and berries. Sprinkle the sugar, stir. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
Put salad deep bowl with lettuce leaves, in the middle put a mixture of fruits and berries, dressing apply separately in a gravy boat.
