Sauerkraut salad with pumpkin
0.5 kg * Pumpkin pulp
0.5 kg * Sauerkraut
1 h. l. *. sugar
Salt, pepper, vegetable oil
Pumpkin pulp grate. Sauerkraut squeeze and add to pumpkin, salt and pepper salad, sprinkle with sugar and fill with oil. Leave to infuse for 20-30min.
