Greek salad
Ingredients:
200 g tomatoes
200 g cucumbers
100 g feta
red onion
30 g a jar of capers ()
parsley, dill, Regan, cilantro
4 tbsp. olive oil
a quarter of a lemon
The vegetables are coarsely chopped. Feta cut into cubes. Greens chop.
All generously drizzle olive oil, salt to taste, squeeze the juice of a quarter lemon, stir.
