Cucumber salad with onions and tomatoes and wine sauce
5 cucumbers
2 tomatoes
1/2 head onions
Filling:
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup wine vinegar 3%
1 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
Clear cucumbers peeled, cut into circles.
Clear tomatoes from seeds, cut into cubes, finely chop the onion.
Stir the vegetables, cover with cling film, remove for 6-8 hours in the cold.
All the ingredients for the filling mix, get vegetables from the fridge, pour the juice from them evolved to interpret them in a salad bowl.
