Holiday salad with chicken, oranges and almonds
2 chicken fillet
2 orange
2 glass boiled rice
1 Apple
? glass almonds
? head red onions
2 tbsp. red currant
? tsp. lemon juice
To prepare the sauce:
1/3 glass olive oil
? glass orange juice
1 Thu.l. chopped parsley
black pepper
salt
This unusual Christmas salad is sure to please all, perfectly decorate the Christmas table.
Cut the chicken into strips, combine the rice, chopped onions, currants.
Fry the almonds in a dry frying pan, leave some for decoration, the rest of the grind.
