Festive salad cocktail "New"

200 g Smoked chicken fillet

160 g pitted prunes

160 g walnuts

3 boiled eggs

2 boiled potatoes

2 sweet pepper

This salad cocktail thanks to a la carte design - great for New Year's table, its great taste pleasantly surprise guests.

Soak the prunes in water, then pat dry and cut into strips.

Slice the potatoes, chop peppers into thin strips, chopped nuts.

Chicken cut into strips, and - whites, yolks grate.

Spread Christmas Salad "New" in the ice-cream bowls or glasses layers of potatoes, chicken proteins, pepper, grated egg yolks, mayonnaise, prunes, mixed with nuts.

Before serving on the New Year's table draw salad greens.
