Salad "Mushrooms under the snow"

200 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

200 g fungi

3 boiled eggs

2 boiled potato tuber

1 beam dill

1 onions

This salad decorate as New Year's table, as well as any other festival.

Mushrooms need to cut into slices, leaving little for decoration intact.

Finely chop the dill and onion, grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, and the yolks and whites separately on a fine.

Spread salad "Mushrooms under the snow" as follows: first, mushrooms, onions and sprinkle lubricate part of mayonnaise, grated egg yolks then again mayonnaise, potatoes, mayonnaise, proteins, dill.

Before serving salad "Mushrooms under the snow" is decorated with small whole mushrooms and cooled in the refrigerator.
