Piquant Salad (8)
200 g salt herring fillets
2 PCs tomatoes
1 PCs sweet pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vinegar 3%
salt , ground black pepper to taste
Herring cut into cubes, mix with the remaining chopped ingredients, leaving part of them for decoration.Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, mix and season the salad.
Top finished with a rosette of tomato and sweet pepper rings.
