Salad "Exotic" salted herring

1 pcs. small lemon

1/2 h. l. sugar

2 pcs. tomatoes

4 Art. l. mayonnaise

2 Art. l. tomato ketchup

1 Art. l. cream

1/2 h. l. pepper, ground red and black

lettuce, olives for decoration

Peel the carrots and apples, grate them on terke.Melko slice of pineapple.

Lemon juice mixed with sugar and add it together with slices of pineapple in the apple-carrot shavings.

Tomatoes and onions cut into small cubes.

Prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise with ketchup, cream, salt, pepper, onions and tomatoes.

Put on a plate of lettuce leaves, they yablochnomorkovnuyu mixture, and then the pieces of herring fillets, rolled into a tube and filled with mayonnaise sauce. Arrange olives.
