Carrot salad and ice fish
For this recipe you will need:
300-400 g ice fish (fillet)
pcs. carrots (cooked) - 5-b
1-2 Art. l. vinegar 3%
2-3 Art. l. vegetable oil
1-2 Art. l. parsley (chopped)
salt
Simmered fish, cut into slices, mix with sliced boiled carrots, season with vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and sprinkle with herbs.
