Fish salad
For cooking you will need:
200 g fish (ide, perch, bream, large perch)
1/2 pcs. egg
10-15 g vegetable fat
5 g sugar
20 g vinegar 3%
salt
ground black pepper
bay leaves
Fish cooked in salted water with the bay leaf. When the fish is cool, separate the flesh from the bones and cut into cubes. Knead yolk with vinegar and sugar; protein finely chopped. In a bowl, combine the fish with egg and season with butter, salt and pepper, mix everything carefully.
