Christmas salad with apple, onion and pomegranate

4 apple

1 onion, red / white

1 garnet

mayo / sour cream
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

pepper, salt

Cleaned, rinsed, cut the onion into quarters, then each chop.

Clear garanat.

On a coarse grater rub apples or chop them into strips.

Combine apples, onions, salt the pepper, add a piece of pomegranate seeds.

Dress the salad with apple Christmas, onion and pomegranate sour cream (or mayonnaise, or a mixture thereof), stir, put on a platter gorochkoy or portions on the plates to cool before serving.
