Salad with leeks, radishes and cheese
100 g lettuce leaves
60 g cheese
16 heads red radish
1 lemon (juice)
1 carrots
1 Apple
1 leeks
3 tbsp. olive oil
salt
Cut a piece of lettuce strips.
Radish cut into thin circles, carrot sticks, Apple cubes, onion rings, and cheese in small cubes.
Preparing the filling: combine the lemon juice, salt and oil, mix.
