Salad with brains
Required products:
300 g brains beef
1 carrots
1 onion - head
2 pickles
2 the boiled egg
1 lemon
1 fish canned Bank
greens
1/2 glass mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
salt
Beef brains rinse, soak in acidulated with the juice of half a lemon water for 2 hours. Without removing from the water, remove the top film. Fill with cold water, boil until tender, adding carrots, onions, salt and remaining lemon juice in a barely noticeable boil, cool and cut into small cubes.
Canned fish mash with a fork. Cucumbers and eggs cut into cubes.
All components connect, gently stir, season with mayonnaise. Decorate with sprigs of greenery.
