Salad with herring "Black dragon"
500 g olives
300 g herring
150 g olives
3 potatoes
2 tomato
1 onions
lettuce
vegetable oil
vinegar
mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
In uniform boil the potatoes.
Cut the onions for a few minutes pour boiling water, drain the water, add salt, add a little sugar, pound, pour a mixture of water and vinegar (1:1).
Chopped herring fillets, removing all the bones.
On a grater grate the potatoes.
Take a flat dish, put Christmas salad layers in the form of a dragon: first, herring, onions and then the last potatoes, pour a little vegetable oil, to coat with mayonnaise.
Cut the mouth of the dragon of tomatoes in the form of two rectangles.
Again put three layers of salad, herring, onions, potatoes, drizzle with oil.
Olives cut in a meat grinder, put the last layer.
Dragon eye make from olives and tomatoes, feet - from tomatoes, across the back strip to put the halved olives, to make the wings and moustache salad.
