The old Russian salad

500 g potatoes boiled

500 g meat cooked

250 g sour cream

250 g boiled beets

3 eggs boiled

2 pickles

1,5 Apple

1 herring

3 tbsp. mustard

2 tsp. vinegar

horseradish, parsley

Boiled in their skins peel the potatoes, cut into medium-sized, also chop the cucumbers, herring, meat, beets.

Stir in sour cream and mustard, vinegar, horseradish, herbs, pour over salad and mix.
