Cut off the tops of the apples, carefully cut the flesh, save lid, remove the pulp from the seed box and cut it into small cubes.

Wash the raisins, peel and cut kiwi cubes, chop nuts, wash the mint leaves, finely chopped.

Squeeze the juice from the oranges, combine it with liquor, add the apple pulp, kiwi, raisins, nuts, cherries and mint, stir and remove half an hour in the cold.

For the cream to heat milk with vanilla and sugar until sugar is dissolved with constant stirring until thick.
