Salmon under a fur coat

200 g salmon salted

200 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

110 g round-grain rice

2 eggs boiled

1 cucumber

2 head onions

1 the beam dill

1 carrots boiled large

1 tbsp. white wine vinegar

1 tsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

green onions

Boil the rice until tender.

Mix the vinegar with sugar and salt, pour over the rice.

Peel the onion and finely chop.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Cucumber and fish cut into cubes.

Peel, finely chop eggs.

Chop the parsley, green onions and mix with the egg, adding a little bit of mayonnaise.

Put the salad in layers in the dish: rice, fish, mayonnaise, dill, onion, cucumber, salt, mayonnaise, eggs with green onions, carrots, mayonnaise.
