Fajitas with chicken or shrimp
Required Products:
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 orange pepper
200 g chicken or (and)
200 g shrimp
100 g sour cream
3 cloves of garlic
1 a sprig of greenery all
100 g pureed tomatoes
1 packaging for cakes fajitas
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Art. l. olive oil
Olive oil lightly saut the onion and garlic. Add sliced chicken and peppers cut into strips, season with salt and pepper. If fajitas cooked with shrimp, then add the shrimp.
For the sauce, mix sour cream with garlic, salt and pepper and pureed tomatoes with basil, salt and pepper.
At each cake spread the sauce first, then the filling, roll wrap and serve.

Sauces can cook different. For example, we did of 1 avocado, mixed with finely diced tomatoes with salt and pepper to taste. Tomatoes can be cooked and filling for fajitas.
