Easy festive salad "Laguna"

300 g raw shrimp

200 g crab sticks

100 g hard cheese

3-4 Chinese cabbage leaf

1-2 fresh cucumber

light mayonnaise

Usually New Year's table replete with pretty heavy meal, the delicious Christmas salad will light touch to your holiday table.

Thinly slice the Chinese cabbage, cucumber, crab sticks, grate cheese.

Boil shrimp until cooked, cleaned, put some lettuce for decoration.

Spread salad "Laguna" layers: cabbage, cucumber, crab sticks, shrimp, cheese, each slightly promazyvat mayonnaise.
